The petition filed by the BED Students' Union regarding the provision of opportunity to BEd candidates in the recruitment of primary teachers was heard in the Supreme Court today in which the other side's counsel alleged that the petition was filed by concealing the truth. After hearing the matter, the application of BEd was dismissed with penalty.
The BEd vs DElEd case filed by the BEd student union was heard in the Supreme Court on Monday. The case was dismissed and the Supreme Court imposed a fine of Rs. 25,000. As a result, the job candidates who have done BED have faced another challenge in the primary teacher recruitment case.
