Assistant Professor Recruitment: MPPSC 8 subjects assistant professor recruitment exam will be held today on June 9. Apart from this, there will be an examination for the recruitment of sports officer and librarian. A total of 32 thousand 700 candidates will participate in 9 cities of Madhya Pradesh. 11 centers have been set up in Indore. Out of this, 4,500 candidates will participate in the exam. Centers for examination have also been set up at Bhopal, Gwalior, Jabalpur, Morena, Rewa, Sagar, Shahdol and Ujjain.
Munna bhai will be monitored
Special thing is that there will be a lot of rigor during the exam. Munna Bhai i.e. will keep an eye on whether someone else is giving the exam instead of the candidate. Strict checking will be done at the gate to ensure that no candidate is carrying any electronic device or other copied material.
The examination will be held in two shifts
The examination will be held in two shifts. The first paper of General Studies will be from 10:00 PM to 1:00 PM and the second paper (of relevant subjects) from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM. This exam will be held in 8 subjects for the post of Assistant Professor. These include Botany, Commerce, Hindi, English, History, Home Science, History, Mathematics, Sanskrit. Examination will be held for 1669 posts of Assistant Professor in total 34 subjects. This will be done in three phases. The final episode will end in November. 826 posts were included in the first round of examination.
The notification was published in December 2022
State Government had issued advertisement for Assistant Professor in December 2022. After that the exam was postponed three times. This is the reason for the delay. This is going to be the first phase of the exam. The process of filling all the posts can be completed by December this year. This time there are more than 400 posts of librarian and sports officer along with 1669 posts of assistant professor. Basically 126 posts for Assistant Professor are in Botany, 124 in Commerce, 160 in Chemistry, 200 in English, 116 in Hindi, 42 in Home Science.
